The supersonic spray system uses propane, propylene and other hydrocarbon gas or liquid fuels and high-pressure oxygen to burn in a combustion chamber or special nozzle to produce a high-temperature and high-pressure flame flow (temperature can reach 3200℃), and the flame speed is as high as 15002000m/s or more. Then, the powder is sent into the flame axially or radially to produce molten or semi-molten particles, and the particles are deposited on the pretreated substrate surface at high speed (300600m/s) to form a coating.
The flame speed of the supersonic spray system is very fast, which gives the spray particles extremely high kinetic energy, allowing them to collide at high speed, making the particles in the coating more tightly connected, and having excellent wear resistance and corrosion resistance. Therefore, the supersonic spray system is widely used in aerospace, automobile manufacturing, energy, chemical industry, medical and national defense.
The Airico-DJ3000 supersonic flame spraying system has advanced levels compared to similar foreign products, with superior performance and easy operation. It can achieve automated operation of the spraying process, monitor the system in real-time, dynamically control the working process of the spray gun, and respond immediately to system failures.

The Airico-DJ3000 supersonic high-speed flame spraying powder feeder is a device used to store spraying powder and deliver it to the spray gun according to process requirements. Nitrogen gas is used as the powder feeding gas, and the sprayed powder is transported to the outlet of the powder feeder through the atomization vibration of the powder feeding gas. It leaves the powder feeding bucket together with the powder feeding gas and enters the spray gun. The speed of powder feeding can be adjusted by adjusting the potentiometer on the control cabinet panel.
