The design of the spray gun is inspired by the principle of a rocket engine. Its flame velocity is as high as more than 2000 meters/second. The cold gas dynamic spray equipment also has the function of storing and calling process recipes. Users can add, modify or save process parameters as needed. In terms of fuel control, the system adopts a fully closed-loop design, combined with modular design and high-performance PLC control, ensuring the stability and convenience of operation.
The coating prepared by the Airico-M3 cold spray system has excellent performance, with extremely low porosity, with an average porosity of less than 0.5%, and a spraying efficiency of up to 30 kg of powder per hour.
The Airico-M2 cold spray control system has advanced levels compared to similar foreign products, with superior performance and easy operation. It can achieve fully digital operation of the spraying process, and real-time monitoring of the spraying parameters of the system, which can immediately respond to system failures.
